Since humble beginnings in a southern California garage in 1974, Mongoose has held fast to the ethos of bikes built by riders for riders . The Mongoose team, despite three decades in the game, has stayed on the cutting edge of design with "bikes built to the hilt" and have continued to produce quality bikes capable of handling "whatever abuse you can put out.” Even though the roots of Mongoose are with the BMX and freestyle communities, Mongoose mountain bikes are fast becoming industry leaders. The Mongoose mountain bikes can be found anywhere two wheels and a sense of adventure and excitement can take riders.

Mongoose Pro bikes are designed for nearly any style of bicycling. Whether for an outdoor enthusiast considering one of many Mongoose mountain bikes, BMX or freestyle enthusiast, or just looking for a way to get from point A to point B, Mongoose has it covered.

Mongoose mountain bikes has built their name on the reputation of bikes like those of the Mongoose BMX line. Although Mongoose BMX bicycles have been the foundation of Mongoose bicycles and considered an institution in the biking community, Mongoose mountain bikes and Mongoose road bikes are also gaining on competitors. The battle to the top for Mongoose mountain bikes against bike giants like Cannondale, Trek, and Raleigh has been difficult, but Mongoose mountain bikes have held their own . And with any model of the Mongoose mountain bikes line, their riders are sure to make it to the top.

Mongoose mountain bikes have built a reputation with the MTN Dual Suspension, MTN Jumping, MTN Hardtail, and MTN Comfort. The Mongoose Pro line also features bikes for the more casual rider along side the well represented line of Mongoose mountain bikes. Built with the same quality as Mongoose mountain bikes, Mongoose Commuter, Mongoose Hybrid, and Mongoose Road offer excellent multi-duty solutions. They feature the same durability and innovation as Mongoose mountain bikes and Mongoose BMX bicycles with the more conventional feel of traditional pavement bikes. Regardless of a selection of Mongoose mountain bikes for rides in the wild, a Mongoose BMX bike for dirt tracks or a Mongoose pavement bike for taming the concrete cityscape, Mongoose bikes are sure to get you there.
